The Cursed Child will be in two parts

With three tweets, J.K. Rowling just announced that the play Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will be in two parts. And although Pottermore published a tweet saying “Why it’s in two parts”, the answer was never given.

Right after J.K. Rowling’s announcement, the Pottermore official Twitter account published this article, in where they explore this news and talk John Tiffany and Jack Thorne, director and writer of the play.

Though the tweet promises to explain why the story is divided, they never do that. We will have to wait, it seems!

Part 1 and Part 2 will play on consecutive days in week and on same day at weekends.
