J.K. Rowling was today on Kathmandu, Nepal, as part of a welcome program organized by The British School in the city of Kathmandu. She was invited by her friend Sean Harris – to whom Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is dedicated -. She participated in a chat and read and excerpt from Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone,a nd then answered questions from the audience. It is rumored that she will attend an event at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on Saturday.
She also participated on an interview on BFBS Radio, where she talked about the Harry Potter play that is supposed to open to the public in summer 2016, The Casual Vacancy and its TV adaptation. Listen to the radio interview below.
